Privacy policy
Updated:
1. Scope and contact
This policy describes data handling when you visit starsup.top and contact StarsUp support. For access, correction, deletion and other privacy requests contact @StarsUp_agent. This policy does not replace the policies of external services, including Telegram.
2. Data used
- Form information: the recipient username, quantity of Stars and selected payment method are used in your browser for format checks and calculation. The current form does not send these fields to an order processing server and does not request registration.
- Technical information: the server receives your IP address, request time, requested address, browser information, response status and a referring address where supplied by your browser. These may appear in access and error logs.
- Browser settings: the selected language and technical settings may be stored on your device. Your browser’s preferred language is used to select a language version.
- Support enquiries: messages, attachments and profile information available to the Telegram bot, including user identifier, username and display name. Your phone number is not required; do not send it unnecessarily.
If you put personal information in a page address or message yourself, it may appear in that request or conversation. Do not include confidential information there.
3. Purposes
Technical information is used to deliver pages, diagnose errors, prevent abuse and protect the website. Form information is used to calculate and display your selections. Support messages are used to respond to your enquiry and investigate the problem.
Processing is limited to the relevant purpose and an applicable lawful basis: handling your enquiry or preparing a contract at your request, operating and securing the website, meeting legal obligations, or consent where required. Continued browsing alone is not consent to advertising messages.
4. External services and access
On ordinary pages, fonts, styles and images are loaded from the StarsUp domain. The current website does not include advertising or analytics trackers. Hosting infrastructure is used to serve the website; technical access to logs is limited to maintenance and security.
When you open Telegram and send a message, Telegram also processes information under its privacy policy. In a private chat, a bot receives messages sent to it and available profile information. Do not send passwords, login codes, complete card details or seed phrases. Sharing data for independent advertising purposes is not part of this service.
5. Retention and protection
The website does not save form information as an order history. Language preferences remain in your browser until site data is cleared; see the local storage policy. Server logs are retained according to the hosting log rotation settings for diagnosis and security. Conversations are stored in Telegram under its rules; deleting them on your side may not remove copies held by other participants.
Data should not be kept longer than needed for its purpose, handling an enquiry, protecting legal claims or meeting a mandatory legal retention period. When no longer needed, it is deleted or anonymised within technical capabilities and applicable duties. The website uses HTTPS; no internet transmission or storage can be guaranteed absolutely secure.
6. Your requests
You may request information about processing concerning you, correction or deletion, and withdraw consent where processing relies on it. Describe the data and action concerned. Proportionate verification of your connection to the account or enquiry may be necessary to protect other people’s information. Do not attach an identity document or payment secrets without a specific justified need.
Requests are handled under applicable law; some information may be retained where a mandatory legal ground applies. This policy is updated when website features or processing practices change.
7. AI support, retention and deletion of enquiries
When AI support is enabled, Anthropic (Claude) receives message text, necessary context from earlier messages and submitted images to prepare a response. Telegram profile information available to the bot and included in the enquiry context may also be sent. Do not add unnecessary personal information, passwords, codes, full card details or wallet seed phrases to messages or images.
The bot displays an AI-processing notice before its first request to the model. You may request a person instead of an automated answer. If an enquiry is escalated for human review, the service owner receives its contents, necessary conversation context, information needed to contact this chat and attached images. These are separate copies received in Telegram.
The configured retention period on the support server is 30 days for message history and 24 hours for local image files; deletion takes place during periodic cleanup. Queue entries and records of unresolved or unconfirmed enquiries may remain until processing, closure or deletion. This exception does not extend the retention period of local image files.
The /delete command in a private chat removes previously stored local history, local images and related enquiry records. Technical chat settings, the deletion command itself and a new confirmation of its completion may remain locally. The command does not remove copies already sent to the owner, Telegram or Anthropic, or submit deletion requests to those services; their rules and separate request procedures apply to those copies.
External processing and retention depend on the applicable terms and the service used. StarsUp local retention periods must not be assumed to apply to external copies. Further information: Anthropic data retention and the Telegram privacy policy.
