Four steps in the StarsUp form

Enter the recipient. Use username, @username or a short t.me/username link. Check it against the intended person’s profile.
Choose the amount. Select a package or enter a whole number from 50 to 1,000,000. Correct the field if the form shows an error.
Check the total. The amount is shown in the bottom panel, beside the button for continuing the order.
Review the summary. Check the recipient, number of Stars and selected payment method. Return to the form if you need to correct anything.

What the form validates

Username validation checks its format only. It does not establish that the account exists or that it belongs to a particular person. Compare the username with the profile yourself to avoid choosing the wrong recipient.

Before making a payment

Read the terms of service and make sure you understand the total, how to contact the seller, and the fulfilment and refund terms. Do not share a Telegram password or verification code to fill in an order.

Do I need to log in to Telegram?

Only the recipient’s username is needed to fill in the order. We do not request a password, Telegram code or access to messages.

How do I enter another recipient?

Use your friend’s username instead of your own. Check it against the correct profile: the display name and username can be different.

Where can I see the total?

The total appears beside the button in the bottom panel and updates when the amount changes. Check the total and payment method before continuing.

Can I enter a custom amount?

Yes. Select a package or enter any whole number from 50 to 1,000,000.

What does username validation check?

The form checks the username’s format: allowed characters and length. You need to verify separately that the account exists and belongs to the right person.
