1. About the service

StarsUp is a website for selecting a quantity of Telegram Stars, calculating a price and preparing an order. These terms govern the use of starsup.top. For website enquiries contact @StarsUp_agent.

Payment processing and automatic crediting of Stars are not connected yet.

StarsUp is an independent service and does not represent Telegram. Telegram and Telegram Stars names belong to their respective owners. Telegram’s own rules apply separately.

2. Using the website

Use the website lawfully and provide only information you are entitled to use. Do not attempt unauthorised access, disrupt the website, obtain other people’s data or use the service for fraud. Obtain a legal representative’s consent before ordering where the law applicable to you requires it.

3. Recipient and quantity

Before confirming, carefully check the recipient’s username, the quantity of Stars, currency and total. A username format check does not confirm that an account exists, who owns it or whether it can receive Stars. For a gift, enter the intended recipient’s username.

The website does not request your Telegram password, login code, account access or wallet seed phrase. Do not disclose these to support.

4. Ordering and payment

The calculation helps you select order parameters. Entering information, pressing the payment button or viewing a summary does not itself confirm a charge or fulfilment. The final amount, payment method and applicable fulfilment terms must be shown before payment. A payment is paid only when confirmed by the payment service.

Website information is not an unconditional guarantee that every payment method, delivery time or recipient is available. Payment checks and refund enquiries are explained in Payments and refunds.

5. Errors and limitations

If the amount, recipient or other details look incorrect, do not continue payment; contact support. If a problem occurs, keep the order identifier, where issued, and payment confirmation with full card details hidden. Account availability and use of credited Stars also depend on Telegram’s rules and operation.

These terms do not limit mandatory consumer rights under applicable law or exclude liability where such exclusion is prohibited.

6. Data and updates

Data handling is described in the Privacy policy and settings storage in the Cookies and local storage policy. Updated terms are published here with their revision date. An already confirmed order remains subject to the terms agreed when it was placed, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
