詳細介紹

    煉膠機基本安全操作常識：

1：打開(kāi)主機電源看是否正確接電方式在進(jìn)行操作

2：設備的潤滑系統必須在使用錢(qián)進(jìn)行詳細的檢查

3：冷卻系統應必須滿(mǎn)足工藝要求，不允許存在在無(wú)冷卻的情況下來(lái)操作

4：設備不允許在超過(guò)額定的負荷下進(jìn)行長(cháng)期工作

4：在進(jìn)行操作的同時(shí)如果發(fā)現膠料燒焦應該立即卸料

5：油泵或油杯的潤滑油應用規定標號的機油，不能用低號機或其它油代替。

6、操作時(shí)禁止將頭伸進(jìn)投料口去觀(guān)察和傾聽(tīng)混煉室中情況。

7：試驗結束拔掉電源，防止不必要的失誤。
