拉力試驗機/拉力機基本操作方法：

拉力試驗機/拉力機是用來(lái)對材料進(jìn)行靜載、拉伸、壓縮、彎曲、剪切、剝離等物理性能試驗。

1.使用拉力試驗機/拉力機時(shí)，要認真閱讀技術(shù)說(shuō)明書(shū)，熟悉技術(shù)指標、工作性能、使用方法、留意事項，嚴格遵照儀器使用說(shuō)明書(shū)的規定步驟進(jìn)行操縱。

2.初次使用拉力試驗機/拉力機職員，必須在熟練職員指導下進(jìn)行操縱，熟練把握后方可進(jìn)行獨立操縱。
3.實(shí)驗時(shí)使用的拉力機及其他器材，要擺放整潔，便于操縱，觀(guān)察及記錄等。
4.拉力試驗機/拉力機通電前，確保供電電壓符合拉力機規定輸進(jìn)電壓值，配有三線(xiàn)電源插頭的拉力機，必須插進(jìn)帶有保護接地供電插座中，保證安全。
5.使用拉力機時(shí)，其輸進(jìn)信號或外接負載應限制在規定范圍之內，禁止超載運行。
6.拉力機使用前必須進(jìn)行空載運轉確保*后方可加載使用。用前潤滑，用后擦試干凈，留意日常維護、保養。
7.拉力機不可隨意拆改或解體使用。
8.經(jīng)常進(jìn)行拉力試驗機/拉力機的保養與維護，并存放在干燥透風(fēng)之處，待用時(shí)間過(guò)長(cháng)拉力機，應定期通電開(kāi)機，防止潮霉損壞拉力機其零部件。
